• All sales are FINAL; we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
• We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos for further instructions.

NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
